My days start early and end at a reasonable time! I love spending them with my family! I enjoy picking up Cupcake and Cake from school and driving home engaging in conversations about all hot topics of preschool and Kindergarten! Oh how the days go by so fast!!!!
Yesterday, we were in the car, and Cupcake was telling his sister, Cake, “Jesus will have everything we need in Heaven”. He continued to explain that we will not need to worry because He supplies everything.
It melts my heart to see Cupcake desire to know about his Creator and Savior. He is asking questions and engaging in conversations about God’s Word. He is around scripture and worship all day, 7 days a week, and honestly what more can you ask for especially in a dark world like this? For him to explain to his sister not to worry and to trust that Jesus has you all covered is heartwarming. I wish I was not driving at the time because it would have been something I would have loved to record and listen to over and over again!
Please take note: Jesus loves you and wants to have a close relationship with you. If you do not know where to start, just open your Bible and begin to read. Or begin with just praying and asking God to show you. The prayer does NOT need to be fancy. It does not need to be complicated. Just be real, open, and honest. It is not like God does not know your heart anyway so just speak it out.
When Cupcake said this, it was so authentic, raw, and real. He was sharing and encouraging Cake that she will be okay, that she is okay.

“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.“
