“Mommy”, “Mama”, “Mom”, “Ma”…..whatever you are known as in your home, it is an important title. I was blessed to become a mother in 2017 when my husband and I welcomed our first son, Cupcake! We did not know what we were doing. I remember reading about sleep training, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, working or staying home, and the best childcare centers in our area.
I was overwhelmed. That is an understatement.

Fast forward, and my husband and I have three children! When we had Cupcake we “learned, messed up and figured it out”. It became somewhat easier with a few things when Cake joined the team but since she is a girl, some things had to be tweaked!!!! When Cakepop joined it was actually a smooth ride for us! He is very chilled( some say he has no choice, lol). He completes our family!

When you have children, you learn every day. Each child is different. That is how God created them! They are special in their ways. I find this to be very interesting! I did not understand it until I had my own family.
Being a mommy comes with tantrums, illnesses, becoming a referee at times, quickly becoming creative and a lot of individual scarifies(more on that later).

Throughout this blog, you will find posts sharing all the fun and not-so-fun things about being a mommy!
Stay tuned and please consider leaving a comment and signing up for future emails!
